With over 15 years experience, I am dedicated to assisting children, adolescents and adults in developing and strengthening interpersonal skills, recognizing and regulating their emotional states, creating healthier relationships and achieving new and positive goals. I work with a wide range of presenting concerns, providing services to the individual as well as provide components of family therapy and psycho-educational supports for parenting skill acquisition.
I work with individuals on the Autism spectrum, individuals with depression, anxiety, anger management and self esteem concerns, and individuals struggling with life transitions, such as work or school difficulties to name a few.
My approach to therapeutic work is person-centered, focused on understanding and collaboratively working toward solutions to the issues presented.
